Great Customer Service. Very Difficult to Apply. Like it better without protector

Fit is great over edge of wat h but it shattered within a few days Zagg replaces and cost $5.99 each time

Well, after less than a month and not putting any stress on this item, it shattered. I was hoping that this item would go the distance to protect my watch face but I'm not so sure of its overall quality. Installation is somewhat tricky as well. One thing is for sure the glue attaching it is strong as can be, removing the damaged glass is tricky too.

cracked after about 3 months, Offer replacement but had to spend $9.99 just for shipping. Not sure I would buy again

The very next day of putting the protector on my watch it broke. It has continued to break off pieces since I got it 4 weeks ago.

First one had air bubbles. Second one broke within a week. On my third. The cheaper ones would probably be just as good.

Cracked The screen after having it only two days. I had registered it so I got a replacement but had to pay postage.

I had the protector applied to my watch by the salesman. He said they were tricky because the screen is so small. It developed a bubble in one week. Before I could get back to the store, it cracked and came off. I only wear my Apple Watch when not working. I am positive I did not hit it hard enough to warrant the huge crack.

I'm super tough on my Apple Watch and have already gotten a replacement via Apple Care. Decided to get a glass screen protector and so glad I did. Within 3 weeks of purchasing, I already shattered the protector on the side of my treadmill. Replacement is on the way! Only 4 stars because shipping is expensive on the replacement from Zagg.

I like this screen but I feel like I have to replaced many times. I would still rather have this then brake my actual watch.

Broke on the second day after a three inch fall off of clothes onto bathroom counter. Very disappointed

ZAGG provides you all of the necessary items to make an easy installation. One major issue that is easy to mess up is the fact that it is a curved screen protector meaning there is a slight gap that produces many air bubbles. Because it is glass with curve, it is hard to push out the air bubbles that develop.

Had it for about 3-4 weeks. Just noticed it’s cracked along the bottom edge. Don’t have a clue how it happened.

Daughter dropped her watch and it broke in the corner on the edge. Right where the bumper should have protected

Materials appear to be solid, instructions are easy to follow, but despite our best efforts we had the dreaded bubbles on both installs and it's a pain to get them out. I put them on watches being worn by a couple of hard use 12 year olds and they are holding up well and more importantly, protecting the watches.

Good little cheap screen cover. Doesn’t last long though and is complicated to put on the watch.

I had the plastic cover at first and after about 6 months it was getting dull so i went to get a new one and went with the glass after about a week the glass cracked when i hit wrist on the counter by accident, tried to remove the protector and tiny shards broke off and could not get the protector off had to take into store to get help to get it off. Going back to plastic.

It cracked the day after purchase .I was not rough while in use.

The glass broke after 3 days of use. Zagg replaced my glass promptly and the replacement has been working well.
