I have no recollection of dropping my watch or hitting it on anything but within 4 or 5 days it was cracked so badly that I couldn’t see through it and pieces were falling off. I had a similar issue with a Zagg iPhone screen protector. I hope now I’ve learned my lesson.

I turned my arm over to give blood and the shield tapped the counter top causing it to crack. While waiting for the replacement at $5.99 for shipping and handling another crack at the edge appeared. That was it...losing $5.99 was better than the whole $40.

Too Fragile

Would not be bad if did not have to pay $10 shipping for every warranty replacement. Last I checked, a stamp was only about 50 cents or so, so Zagg charging 10$ to ship in an envelope is obviously how they take advantage of us. Avoid this product and try something else. Very disappointed.

But this screen protector shattered after only 4 days. I was wiping a smudge with my fingers and it shattered. I have gone thru the replacement process and 3 weeks later I still don’t have my replacement. This will be the last Zagg product I ever purchase.

Poorly managed, distant kiosk was only hope for replacement, but with a cost on each return. Apple store won't endorse. Apparently, Zagg set up the mall kiosk just to be "handy." Unhappy customers in a long line were bringing their cracked screen guards. Much happier with alternatives online at 1/8 the cost.

I should’ve known better than to purchase a zagg product as I had zagg screen protectors for my iPhone and never had good luck with them. Finally ended up switching! The protector I purchased for my watch was even worse! Shattered on the very first day I had it after BUMPING my watch on my sons car seat.

Pricey and crapy

There is nothing elite about this protective screen. It lasted 2-weeks before the end chipped, and then the rest of it just shattered. I had small pieces of glass in my bed and in my sink. I didn’t even get to how difficult it is to remove the air bubbles.

Posted .Sorry to hear your Glass Curve Elite experience has been less than ideal. Installation is critical and can be difficult on curved devices. If you have a stubborn air bubble, you can gently lift the edge of the InvisibleShield closest to the bubble and use the squeegee to re-apply that area of the screen protector. Stubborn bubbles may require more than one attempt to remove. Again, lift up the edge closest to the bubble. Using the squeegee, push the remaining portion of the air bubble to the lifted edge of the glass. Not worth it at all!

I’ve had nothing on my watch for four months and no problems or scratches but I thought I would put this on to be extra safe. It’s HORRIBLE!!! To get a replacement from the warranty you have to pay more money. Never again!!!

Since it covers the whole screen if offers a lot of protection. I am on my third one so far. It has a warranty and can get a replacement for $10. You do have to send your damaged screen back.
