It was professionally installed by Best Buy but just did not take a light bump against anything.

Never thought twice about paying the price for the protection. Most recently, the last few we’ve bought have been terrible! Difficult to place, flimsy, more air bubbles, less sturdy, unreliable and overall waste of money. They say it’s a lifetime guarantee—Good luck jumping through the hoops necessary to get one replaced these days and please call the news if they ever actually replace one. My guess would be new owner, new management or new quality control—I don’t know. Simply put and sad to say it but they once were great and now they aren’t. Don’t waste your money.
