Difficult to put on and they want you to pay to have a store employee apply it.

Wasted $14.99 on this. Ruined it trying to install it using the plastic bumper provided to install.

This product is very bad. Bubble all over my watch. It doesn't matter what I do. It won go away.

Didn’t last one week without the edges chipping off under normal wearing use. Not recommended.

The watch looses its sensitivity and besides that the corners don’t stick to the screen

Bought one, and had Geek Squad install it. It took the installer about 4 screen protectors to get one on without bubbles - which I attribute to the product, not the installer. It broke within 2 hours of getting it home. Got a warranty replacement from Zagg, took it over to Best Buy and had the installer re-apply it. Again - it took him about 3 protectors to get one that finally worked. Lasted 2 days and just broke again when the corner barely tapped against a wall. Will not be getting another warranty replacement, it’s just not worth the hassle. Strongly recommend to all to stay far away from this product. They are flimsy and exceedingly difficult to install. If you do get one, pay the $8 to get Geek Squad to install it - I guarantee you will not be able to do it at home and have it come away with no bubbles.

Let it be known that I have never been tempted to write a review before, until I purchased this product. This is the absolute worst screen protector I have ever used. First, it cracked a week after I got it. So I went to their website to claim my replacement due to the "lifetime warranty" of this product. What they don't tell you upon purchase is that you must pay a $6 shipping cost each time you get a new one. This could have been looked past if it did not take a week for them to even ship out my replacement after the order was placed, then a week for it to be delivered. Then on the delivery date, it had not arrived. Tracking information had not been updated in days, the company support was no help, but it finally arrived 2 days after its delivery date. I was so excited because I had not used my apple watch in 2 weeks. I put it on and LESS THAN AN HOUR LATER, it was broken again. Please, I am begging you, do not waste your money this ridiculously priced screen protector.

Bought one of these about 10 days ago and had Best Buy install. Took over an hour to get the bubbles out, then within an hour of leaving the store, a piece of the edge just fell off. I brought the screen back to the store a couple of days later and they replaced it for me. Second install was even longer, again over an hour sitting in the store. This one made it about 5 days before the edges started falling off again, this time in 2 different spots. I've used Zagg products countless times, and have always been pleased. This one is awful. Not pleased. I will be returning to store AGAIN to see if they can replace or refund this stupid thing.

It does it’s job as a screen protector very well. But is lacking in its ability to see the full screen. The black part is a little bit too big and the clear screen part it doesn’t go corner to corner. A little disappointed with the price and the fact I lose some of my screen to protect my screen

I received this screen protector back in March from my boyfriend. However, the screen protector cracked by mid-May and it completely fell off by the end of summer. After the protector had cracked, it kept moving on my watch and never stayed in place. Then one morning, I woke up and my screen protector was laying right beside me. i don't know what happened, but for a screen protector to be $40, I thought it would've lasted longer than a few months. I liked that it covers the whole watch and not just the top part. I'm quite disappointed because I liked that it was glass and not a flimsy piece of plastic that would scratch the watch itself, but it didn't last long.

I have not had a great experience with this product at all!! I have had my apple watch for less than a week now and I am very careful with my electronics. I have already gone through two of these in a matter of 4 days. The first time, I have no clue what happened, I noticed that it was broken when I almost cut my finger on the sharp edge where the screen cracked and fell off. The second time was when Installing the second one I purchased. I was pushing down the edge to seal the screen protector and the edge cracked again!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Zagg is sending replacements for both parts and told me that it must have been a faulty shipment...each of my screen protectors was purchased in two different cities on two different days, so I do not see that being the case. With the experiences I have had with this product over the past 4 days, I do not have high hopes for the replacements being sent by any means.

A friend bought 1 and a week later I bought one. Mine lasted a week and chipped. After I contacted Zagg for a replacement (they were very good about the replacement) I texted my friend and told him what happened. He replied that his had already cracked. Less than a week after I requested a replacement it arrived in the mail. I put it on the watch mid morning. The next morning I got up and less than 5 minutes later I noticed small chips of glass on the counter. I looked at the watch and the Zagg cover had already chipped. I hadn't done anything since I had replaced it that should have caused it to break. After the first one broke I did go online and found reviews of very similar situations. One a mother and daughter who both bought them at the same time and both had broken in a week or less. I did call Zagg again and they were going to send out another replacement but I'm done, just want my money back.
