First week wearing my watch I look down and its cracked I don't even remember hitting it. Go back get another one 2 days later same thing happened. Went back to Best Buy got another one and I'm having such a hard time getting the bubbles out its crazy !!! Going to return this one and get a different screen protector very disappointed because the sales person said its the best one to get.

I bought (2) of these. One for my wife's watch and one for mine. (1) it is almost impossible to install without getting trapped air bubbles due to the curve glass design. (2) the edges are very fragile due to the curved glass. within 3 weeks both of our protector have cracked and need to be replaced!!!

Even with the "guide" that comes in the package, this isn't an easy install to get right. It was always just a little "off." Used it for about a month and it chipped itself right off my watch while sitting at my computer. What a waste of money. Never again.

I have owned the same Apple Watch for over a year. Up until a month ago, I was using the film protection. I wanted to try this product because I was tired of the film protection peeling off. I have warranted this product three times already! The first one was because the bubbles never came out. The next two were from the screen cracking. I am now on my fourth one and the screen has broken again. My lifestyle hasn't changed. In fact, the last time it broke it was sitting on my nightstand. You read that right. I set the watch on the charger with no cracks. When I woke up in the morning, the glass had cracked. I'm done with paying shipping on a warranty replacement. I'm going back to the film protection.

Product is overpriced and shatters way too easily. I've been through two so far so the last one went in the garbage. Do not waste your money.

High impact resistance? I think not. Bought the thing and had it installed by Best Buy (who did a great job). Next morning woke up and the corner was chipped. Went back to Best Buy. They replaced it. Two days later chipping & cracking like crazy. I have contacted Zagg for the replacement. Had to pay $5.99 for shipping. Over a week and Zagg still hasn't processed the replacement. FYI I'm not a construction worker or anything where the watch/protector and being bounced around. Literally chipped sitting around watching TV.

I have had to replace my screen protector at least four times since I Purchased my Apple Watch about four months ago. I have wasted many hours going back-and-forth to Best Buy - waiting for the new installations etc. it is still under warranty so I have not been charged any extra fees I’m perplexed. I’ve never dropped my watch or hit it against anything!! Insist on another brand if you want a screen protector for your watch.

So I bought this product to protect my Iwatch 4 series screen and I followed all of the directions and the screen did not want to stay on. When I did get it on, the edges that curve would not stick but it said if that happened to just keep press with your fingers. Only one side stuck and the other side still will not stick. So I’m sure the rest will all lift eventually. Bad product they still need to work on it.

I had 2 shatter within 3 weeks. The first one was after 24. Hours. Best Buy replaced it. I did pay extra for installation. The second one shattered between 2 and 3 weeks. Zagg offers replacement, but why if it will only shatter. The jagged edges are quite sharp. I did not do anything to make it shatter. Get the non-glass one. Very disappointed with Zagg on this one. They do make some great products.

This product was easy to apply but when I tried to lift the screen protector up a little to get air bubbles out, my watch screen came completely off with the protector. My watch was in perfect condition and had no cracks before this. The manufacturer has poor customer service and wouldn’t even give me my money back for the screen protector. And now I have a broken and useless watch.

I have got a new apple watch series 3 Nike series and looking for a nice screen protector. I don't want to spoil my watch face and looks. Luckily I have found this one from Bestbuy. Compared to previous Zagg protectors, this looks very nice and and fits perfect on watch face. The black color exactly matches with the watch color and I don't feel like that you have a screen protector on watch. Also this gives maximum protection and I don't feel like to put a case again. This protects complete screen and side edges of the screen. I feel lucky that ZAGG has created this new series and I have found exactly what I was looking for. The touch is very responsive and smooth. I will recommend this to everyone who wants a protection without spoiling original look. ZAGG will give life time warranty for the replacement if any scratches or broken.

I purchased the glass curve elite for my new Apple Watch 40mm, on the 24 Feb 2019. In less than a month it fell off my watch while working at my desk. It was installed at the time of purchase at Best Buy. This is a poor product as others have reported. I will not buy another Zagg product.

I hardly review items because most of the time I am happy with my purchases but I want to warn anyone who will listen. Do not buy this. ZAGG products have always been my go to screen protection and I've always been happy however this product is the worst. I bought one at my local store and installed it. Left with bubbles that never dissipated. Within a week it was cracked so requested a replacement from ZAGG. Got that one in a timely manner and paid another $9.99 for shipping. Within a few days, the new one was also cracked and I can't pinpoint when it was even bumped hard enough to do damage with every day use. I will not request another replacement. This product is not worth the headache or money. I'll be looking for another product to protect my watch face.

I had this on my Apple Watch for less than a month and it kept having bubbles appear that I had to keep pushing down. I followed the install instructions to a T. It cracked on the bottom where the glass meets the edging then slowly shattered the whole glass.

This is a rather expensive product for what you get. On the surface it looked easy to install but the result was not good. Several attempts and still bubbles under the screen. You think Zagg might have solved this problem after all these years

I used 3 before I wised up the the guarantee $9.99 for handling and shipping after I paid almost $40.00 for the cover. The cover is not worth the price , it will fracture the first small tap. Don't waste your time and money.

I usually love zagg products and wont use products without protecting them, but this breaks with the slightest impact and removing it is the biggest pain ever, imagine peeling a cracked window away from a bucket of tar.

I would not recommend this to anyone, my father and I have used two of these already (each) and both cracked maybe 1-2 days after putting it. Horrible. Oh, and it is impossible to take off :)

I purchased this today and had it applied by geek squad in Best Buy. The screen protector fell off my watch before I even got home. I returned later in the day to have a new one replaced. Geek squad had my watch for 20 minutes and told me that they were unable to apply a brand new screen protector as it would just fall off. They informed me that they have had numerous problems with these and issued a refund.

I've gone through two of these screens in a matter of weeks. They are great for the face protection but are weak around the edges. I cracked an edge of it just holding my 4 year old son. Maybe it will work for you....who knows. Best advice I can give if you decide to buy one is to keep the receipt. Zagg will give you a credit if you are totally unhappy with it. Good luck
