I have always liked the Zagg glass shield for my iphones. But seems like it does not work well with the apple watch. Had to get it removed because of frequent air pockets. I was told it is because of the curved profile of the apple watch screen edges.

Bought this after the ZAGG film peeled off while swimming. On the plus side, this looks amazing and you can only tell there’s a protector on the screen if you look at the edge. Unfortunately, that’s where the good ends. There is a lip where the protector stops that is enough to get caught on everyday things like seat belts and backpack straps. I assume this is how the crack came to be after only a week because I’m positive i didn’t bump anything. Went back to the (much) cheaper film variety as it’s not worth the warranty hassle.

I ended up returning and going another route. For some reason there was one bubble I just couldn’t get to go away. The black border also was slightly raised where it could catch a little debri. I’m sure it would have functioned well

These are great when you first install them. However, the fit must be off a bit because I've had to replace them twice due to cracking of the glass and that didn't take very long to happen. Zagg will send you "free" replacements, but charges for shipping and handling. I've switched to some much cheaper plastic screen protectors that last about as long and don't cost near as much. My previous experience with Zagg screen protectors has been very good. I was disappointed in the quality of these; the sizing of these must be off a little, causing the frequent breakage.

Lasted on a couple of weeks and then damaged. Was able to request another in the mail for payment of shipping and handling. Was told by a rep from Best Buy the he recommended another device in addition to the Zag.

I am a huge screen protector fan so when I purchased the Hermes Apple Watch I wanted to protect my investment. This screen protector did not hinder the use of the functions of the watch but it cracked really easily when I hit my arm against a wall. I would normally say 'whew!' and be glad my screen on my watch didn't break but the hit wasn't bad enough to cause any damage to the screen of the watch and then I was left with a crummy looking screen protector so I took it off. Super disappointed that I bought something to protect my investment and it wound up making it look worse....

The glass broke the same day I got it by catching the edge of the glass on the strap of my blower when taking it off. Called ZAGG and the customer service was awesome. Sent out a replacement right away.

I had to go to my local Best Buy twice to get new cases within two weeks. Both times the product broke in the same area. Secondly, even after that it broke again, Zagg was not able to do a reinstall at their locations due to lack of product at the nearest stores and wait time to b shipped. Not sure was it the installation or the product. However I have used glass shields on my iPhones currently and in the past with no problem. Lastly, very hard to type and scroll with this product.

Product did its job as far as protecting the watch surface, but had to replace after a month since it cracked. I have tried several brands & so far all of them have cracked at one of the corners.

could have better instructions on what the tricks are to ensure the protector screen is installed without any air bubbles. I was able to install with no air bubbles but took some time and patience.

The screen protector is the best option I’ve seen from an aesthetic standpoint. Unfortunately the price point is too high when you consider the zagg glass for the XS Max is about the same price.

After the 3rd one I gave up...I could never get it on right without a bubble which caused it to shatter easier than normal I think. I finally just went with the film and rubber surround.

Seems to be of good quality, just make sure it is right the first time. It breaks very easy if you try to lift on corner to get air bubble out. I tried and now I’m just out 40 bucks.

Ever since Zagg started changing their “lifetime” warranty, it’s just become too much of a pain to claim a damaged protector and get a new one. That being said, I use Zagg on my phones and am typically very happy with the protection. The curved glass on the wearable (Apple Watch) protector is extremely fragile. I bough 3 of these in a month due to fracturing around the edges. Decided to go with a raised edge guard and am not running a screen protector any more. Save your money on this and grab a guard instead!! Not worth the cost

Bought the new Apple Watch Series 5 and wanted to protect the screen but it made my screen super sensitive. It cracked too easily.

I purchased this screen protector and payed extra for a Best Buy associate to install it. After watching the associate struggle to install it and force it to fit correctly, I was nervous they would break my new apple watch. The next day it was all cracked across the bottom . I contacted Zagg for a replacement 2 days after BB installed it. They charged me 10 dollars for a new one. This time I installed it and in my opinion they just don't fit correctly. I'm very disappointed and would not buy this screen protector again.

I have been installing screen protectors for years. Wet, dry, glass, plastic.... you name it and I’ve probably done it. This is the worst installation ever! I simply cannot get the huge bubbles out. The more I try the worse the edges look as I follow the directions to peel it back up a bit to be able to press the bubbles out. I feel scammed with this product. Want my money back. This is expensive for such low quality.

Concept is great you can’t even tell it’s on the watch until 2 was later it is already lifting on one side. Hoping it’s just a bad install. Taking it back into the store

As soon as I put it on my watch it had bubbles I couldn’t remove and weren’t visible. Then a few days later it cracked! Waste of $$

It provides better coverage than a normal flat screen, but it messes up the sensitivity A LOT! It doesn’t work well and makes the AppleWatch harder to use. Poor product!
