Not my first shield -- had it on another phone. Seems to help protect and keep screen cleaner. But I still think the price is too high!

It really provides protection. I had Zagg on my last phone. I dropped it twice and the Zagg screen cracked in two places. When I removed the Zagg the phone screen was perfect.

I've been an iOS supporter for years and finally made the leap. I love the phone and it's not as hard to accustom as I had thought. The camera quality is great and battery life is awesome (no more charge during the day)!

Time will tell about the level of screen protection however, it looks great on the S8 and the jig provided helps installation

I was really hoping that this screen protector would be as good as the last 1I had on my Galaxy S5 it however is not very sensitive And does distort the screen. I do not doubt that it will protect the screen well but the amount of pressure you have to use to make your phone responsive is a little much.

We bought 2 of these. One went on very well. The other one did not attach properly. We were able to request a replacement under the warranty and the new one went on fine. Have only used for a month but so far so good.

I had two of these shields and both broke/cracked within 2 months of use. Seemed to protect the phone ok though, just weren't very tough & needed quick replacement. Better options out there!

I'm not sure of how to improve the design, so any complaints I have should be regarded as such- mere complaints. The middle of the screen appears to not have solid adhesion to the protector, and the edges attract dust and stuff, so it looks dirty.I'm not sure of any better product on the market, though.

WHEN I BOUGHT THE PHONE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE IN STOCK,I WENT TO ANOTHER AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE $8.00 TO PUT IT ON. GIRL WAS VERY RUDE, DIDN'T WANT TO WORK. FITS GOOD

Purchased this particular screen protector as was recommended at time of phone purchase. I had Best Buy put on phone to ensure it was put on correctly. Two days after purchase the protector came off while swiping phone.( After it comes off there is no way to re apply back to screen. )In turn I brought it back to Best Buy, and they reinstalled another new one at no charge, siting the previous was most likely defective. The replacement so far is holding up. The product does come with lifetime warranty after registering. I would strongly recommend doing so, not only for a potential need for replacement, but in the event it fails to fully protect phone screen.

Based on customer service with a previous product, I chose to purchase this new item. The salesperson told me that some people had complained of issues but the company replaced it without question. So far so good.

I have had 2 of these crack and this is my 3rd. My phone was protected, but it is irritating that these crack so easily. The company will replace it if you register it for $10.

Protects phone but loses adhesive and falls off with just slight dropping. Had to replace several times.

Our younger children got their first phones for Christmas and this is great protection for any drops that may occur. They whole family have this screen protectors

It's great to have a glass screen cover for a curved phone. I don't like how it covers the edges and doesn't stick very well

scratchproof and easy to use. the touch is the same and everything looks the same. good quality, must buy has a lifetime guarantee so half of the worry goes away

I was unsure of the glass shield but I like it. It will not peel off like the other wet application shields. Better protection but sometimes not as responsive.

It kept the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S8 from shattering. The screen protector shattered instead. As promised, Zagg replaced the screen protector after I registered the product online and mailed in the shattered one. They are difficult to put on and to keep on my galaxy, so that is why I gave it an average review. Dust and things creep under the edges despite following all installation directions carefully. Definitely register the item online with Zagg and definitely replace it if it gets cracked, even slightly. Shipping is 10.00 but the protector is expensive and free to replace as many times as long as you have the same device.

This is the best glass screen protector you can get. My case fits perfectly with it and it doesn't come off. Best part is that it comes with lifetime warranty!

In spite of multiple drops... still unblemished. Fits as it should & Best Buy installed it for me at purchase.
