Bought this for Samsung Galaxy S8. It was on the screen about 3 days before it popped off. And once it comes off, u cannot put it back on because the glue is only around the edge of the cover. It's basically useless as far as I can tell. Took it back and bought a phone wallet instead and it works great.

Fell off screen within hours of getting home. Was told to bring it in and they would replace or refund. Not worth 30 minute drive or $20 gas it takes to get to my closest store. Item shouldn't even be sold because I was told this is a known issue with 98% of these protectors.

The men who helped me with my purchases this day were extremely helpful however this particular item they told me would work for my phone even though it was not for my phone... a screen protector that popped off the phone the very first time I dropped my phone is not protecting my screen

Was hard to install for me was not the same one I had before

If I knew what I know now wouldn't buy it...just a waste of money.

Less than 2 weeks it cracked in two spots and fell off the phone.

I've had two other galaxies with glass hd screen protector and were the best. This time around, I wasn't impressed with what Zagg had to offer. Adhesive was only on the curved side, and did not stick very well to the phone itself. Bought the film instead from Zagg, and it feels better.

Dropped phone and the screen cracked and popped off.

This barely lasted a month before it cracked in 2 spots.

I purchased this glass cover after the sales associate recommended this. I read the instructions and watched the video and was confident that I had installed the protector correctly. It did not stay on for even 24 hours. I ended up returning to the store.

Seems like my screen doesn't sense my finger much.

Was recommended this screen protector from the Best Buy salesperson, 5 days later I accidentally dropped it at home on the carpet and the screen popped off. Luckily the screen on the phone was not damage or cracked but a hassle since I live 2.5 hrs away from BB

There definitely is a defect with this product which the Best Buy store confirmed. First time I drop the phone it popped off. Best Buy stated to me they're aware that there's not enough glue on it and it just pops right off so they gave me my money back

If you purchase this have store associate install it. It cracked and splintered immediately after applied. It also made the keyboard difficult to react when touched. After one day, I took it off the phone and threw it in the trash. Waste of money.

The Zagg made my phone unusable, which I didn't realize until it FELL OFF after only 8 days, at which point I realized that my phone was GREAT, the screen protector was awful. And then Best Buy told me I had to go somewhere else to have it put back on :/

I was disappointed in this screen protector for my new Galaxy 8. It falls off the phone repeatedly even though the Best Buy employee installed the protector as specified. Planning to return it.

Me and my husband bought invisible zagg shields.None of us is happy with the purchase because they were both cracked in less than 3 weeks.. It is also very difficult to use the screen- to write..even if you make the sensitivity to maximum level.

had it installed on my new phone by the geek squad, and the next day it just came off. I re-installed it and sure thing came off again in the next hour or so. I think that the glue on the outer perimeter of the shield is not sufficient enough.
