Had screen protector less than a month. Had to get a replacement 3 days after purchase. Second one popped off after two weeks, when I dropped the phone on my carpeted floor. Tried to clean it off with alcohol pad and it cracked in my hand. The replacement cost me $10. So now for $60 dollars spent, I still have no screen protector. Junk, Junk, Junk. Way overpriced. Best Buy would do nothing to make it right. They said Zagg had to refund my money. Last time shopping at Best Buy!

Not durable - last less than 3 months. Does not adhere to the phone. Kept sliding off. Dust and debris was accumulating under the screen protector. Extremely over priced.

Great product, if you dont mind spending 10 dollars a week on replacing a cracked screen protector

This is an awful product, especially for the price. Paid to have it professionally installed at Best Buy, took it home and it already had a bubble. Took it back immediately, and Best Buy was very helpful about it and said it was a known problem. Said they would replace it right away, and if it happened again they would keep replacing it. Recommended leaving the case off for 24 hours and trying to gently massage the middle to keep bubbles out. That was last night. This morning, woke up to another bubble under it, although not quite as big as the last one (only about 1/4 of the screen rather than 1/3). And I even left the phone in my nightstand drawer to make sure nothing bumped it. Two hours later, the screen protector has now popped off. It's been barely 12 hours since I bought the product and I've already gone through two. Terrible product and absolutely not worth the money, although I do commend Best Buy for their customer service.

I like the feel of theses glass screen protectors over the cheap plastic ones. I like the new installation trays they include in the box. Very handy.

I waited for this second gen version to come out, but so far I'm unimpressed! It still has the same thin, little dab of adhesive (ONLY AROUND THE EDGES) that is totally inadequate. After I installed it, there were some areas that adhered well, but others that didn't... mainly the top two corners. And the areas that don't stick, end-up getting really ugly bubbles that look awful and won't go away!! On the plus side, the screen's touch ability is GREAT! No problems there, and the glass is solid. I wish that ZAGG would've made this like their other glass protectors and put the adhesive on the entire surface!!!! I was so unhappy, that I got a new one from ZAGG... but the result was the same. I love their old screens, but this one is causing me to look to other manufacturers.

I had an old S6 Zagg 'plastic' protector - it worked great for 3 yrs. I purchased this 'glass' product for S8 - it looked great for 2 days and then scratched - but it was actually a crack. Then about 4 days later it cracked again in a separate place. Neither time was the phone dropped - seriously. I use Otterbox case just so you know. I have no idea how it cracked. I thought maybe I had installed incorrectly - nope. I popped it off and it came off REALLY easy - much to my surprise. I 'flexed' the cover a little and it cracked again. Bottom line - this is truly a 'glass' screen cover with some plastic to keep it from shattering apart ( like windshields will crack but should not break apart - they will adhere to a thin film of plastic so you don't get glass in your eyes in a wreck ). I read other online reviews and was surprised - I guess originally I thought it was multiple user errors / drops / etc. I u/s now why it's on clearance. BUT I contacted Zagg and they will replace it with their 'saphire' product for no charge. Surprised this product ever got past quality control. If you have an s8 curve, I would not even consider this product - even if it were under $10, unless the appearance of a cracked screen does not bother you. Oh, and on the first day, I noticed a really bad lag time when touching screen - or had to press hard to get screen to respond. Also, screen scanners ( think event ticket QR codes ) had a hard time 'seeing' through the glass grid lines, and scanning an electronic ticket. I'll give the saphire a try, but am really disappointed with this Glass Curve model and surprised it was ever put on the market.

If it falls off your phone, best buy will not take it back. You have to go through zagg. They only cover it IF THEY INSTALL IT. So so mad.

This is an expensive cover that keeps coming off. I followed the directions to the T, cleaned, & dry. After one day's use, it kept slipping. I finally just took it off. It is completely useless. My advice - get some other product and don't waste your $50. Hate to say this, but it's true.

We purchased 2 screens for 2 new Samsung 8 phones. In addition to the purchase price, we paid Bestbuy to have them applied. Very disappointed!! They both cracked soon after installation. Due to the impaired integrity, both soon loosened and detached from phone screens. We were unaware ZAGG products had to be registered for the warranty. Wasted money, left without protection on screen, and on the last phone drop, my screen shattered (the "shatterproof S8 screen"). So, the costly screen protectors were a poor investment and we were still left purchasing a new screen. Be educated. Know the warranty procedure, as we unfortunately did not. Additionally, when protector is in place, it reduces screen sensitivity. Overall, product not recommended.

The first Zagg screen protector I got shattered after 2 months, and then the second one fell off after 2 months, and when I went to Best Buy to have them replace it, they told me I had to go through the Zagg website. Zagg charges $10.00 to ship it ( I already paid $50.00, plus another $8.00 to have " Geek Squad" install it) It is a poor design for the curved screen of the Samsung s8, really, 2 screen protectors in 4 months? Not sure what the answer is, but this product failed. Twice. Plus, the touch screen was definitely less sensitive with this screen protector on. Now that I am using the phone without it, I realize it the screen protector was the reason there were so many typos. .

purchased this product for the samsung s9, i loved the mounting bracket, made it east to center, but it had bubbles especially near the edge, says to push down until they go away, they didnt. Ive used zagg since they first became available and the glass is HORRIBLE, it cracked down the middle in 6 days, then wanted to charge us $10 to replace. it hold fingerprints and smudges as well, the film is 10 times better, film has been on my last phone for over 4 years and holding strong, no smudges no issues, still original film. STAY AWAY FROM THE GLASS, i expected better from ZAGG, they took a giant step backwards with this one

Just got a new phone a few weeks back, and recently decided to get some protection for my screen. Upon opening the box, a couple of unpleasants surprises. First of all, not glass, as advertised. That's one thing. But the main thing is, this was supposed to be made to fit my phone. Turns out it is a bit narrow, and will not fill the screeen. Obviously, this will come off, which defeats the purpose. Had it been too wide, there may have been a possibility to trim it with a utility knife or some kind of other tool, to make it usable. Basically, it is a useless item, and a waste of money.

Purchased this in December. My phone screen has lost all sensitivity after applying this screen protector. I followed the application instructions, used the tray, everything it said to do. Now, I practically have to bang my phone to text or play games. This is especially true around the edges. The only reason it is still on my phone is I have not purchased anything else to protect the screen. I plan to return this today and only hope that I will be able to return it.

It felt like there was a gap between phone and screen which was very annoying when trying to text but it did protect the screen

I installed this as the directions said. It did not last 24 hours. It pops off easily and will not restick.

Stay away from this product. Plus the price at best buy is exaggerated.

Don't recall any major drops and the thing already cracked. Garbage.
