I bought this for my brother and noticed how difficult it was to put on and have it stay on.

Screen does not adhere well. There is no adhesive on the flat portion of the screen only on the curve. After trying two different screens I gave up and contacted Zagg and they switched it out to a different style. Waiting now to receive the new one and see how well it works.

Only have it a month and it is cracked and I have a protective case around the whole thing

I have dropped my new phone once and the screen protector took most of the hit and only has a small spot you can see it got hit. Most screens would shatter. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I love Zagg and have been using them for years on all my devices but this screen protector peeled off after I installed it and never really stuck at the edges of the curved screen.

This is a replacement for a different screen saver. The original one protected the phone screen when it was dropped, but popped off, which it shouldn't have. Hence the need for a replacement.

It just doesn't work. The left edge doesn't lay flat so it doesn't recognize any activity. Also, it wouldn't stick to the phone. This is likely due to the curved edge. I've purchased Zagg covers in the past and they worked fine (on flat screens). This is going back.

The cover cracked within 45 days. Not worth the money.

Popped off less than 24 hours after install. Exchanged for new one. Works good so far.

I purchased this glass when I first bought my S8 and had it installed. However, I never did register it since I don't tend to be a klutz with something as expensive as my smartphone. However, my smartphone fell out of my holster and hit the sidewalk. The fall broke my ZAGG protective glass but not my phone. The glass fell off and my smartphone sustained a small chip on an edge. I replaced the ZAGG glass and registered it immediately. Glad I had it on my smartphone even if I had to pay to have it replaced. Well worth it!!!!!!!!

I bought this for my Dad's new phone. I wanted it protected any way it could be. The very nice sales lady recommended and told me about it. You can't even tell it's on the screen. I've had no complaints from Dad about it being on there!

The curved design of the Galaxy S8 seems to be an issue for this screen protector. The glass doesn't extend high enough, leaving around a millimeter of screen poking out from the top. The light is noticeable. It also creates these false lines on the sides of the screen where the curve is. Furthermore, I answered a phone call in the shower (the phone is waterproof, after all) and water got under the screen protector, causing the touch screen to stop working. I had to remove the screen protector and I have no intention of putting it back on the phone. However, the glass felt good on my thumb when using the phone, and I have no doubt it was adding a significant amount of protection. That's why I can't give it one star.

Fits great and I feel comfortable that it is very protective. But although fits the phone snugly, the upper right corner is difficult registering touch. A little annoying.

Looked great at first but fell off a few days later

I have used the Zagg Shield on my Samsung Cell Phones for years. My phone dropped onto the ground and a cement sidewalk several times. Once the top corner of the shield broke in a fall. I sent it back and quickly received a new shield. They also sent me a hard envelope to mail back the broken shield. This glass shield has never gotten a scratch, stayed clear, and protected my phone.

I bought this and had it installed on my S8. It fell off and broke two days after purchase. I went to website and registered it and got my replacement today. I don't like the fact that I had to pay ten dollars for the replacement. This was not mentioned when Best Buy told me that if broke Zagg would replace it for free.

It's probably still the best protector out there but the first time i dropped my phone the glass popped off. cracked when i picked it up, smudge resistant but you gotta go through the process of reordering a new one and it can be a hassle.

Not setup right on the edge of the phone and getting dust and fall off by self.

The glass shield seems to be working well, although I'll really only know after I drop my phone. (So hopefully I never know!) Installing it was horrible though. There are instructions in the box that do not make any sense with what's actually in the box. They also refer you to a video on line regarding the installation. That also had nothing to do with what was in the box, even though the video said it was specifically for the S8. When I went into Best Buy to see if I had installed things correctly, it turned out I did, but did not use the main things they showed in the instructions/video, so those just get thrown away. They should really fix this issue and the poor communication.

The curved shield is horrible. It is hard to type or do anything on the phone.
