Cracked after a few weeks

It does come with the lifetime warranty, but you have to send it in to the company and you still have to cover shipping, which can be at least $10. The website says that they will charge your credit card the full replacement cost if you do not send in the defective product within 60 days. I am not sure if you have to also pay shipping to send the product back yet as I just ordered the replacement today.
