Does it job protecting my phone's screen and the warranty coverage is great.

Great screen protector and the lifetime warranty is the best thing they could have ever done this is my 3rd one and did the return for 3 different types and no problems

Works as it should!! Has protected ALL of my IPhones (On 16 PM NOW) and when ya drop it….ya take it in and the warranty gives ya a new one! Easy as that Which I’ve had to many times… And my screen still looks brand NEW when ya take off the broken screen protector. Well worth it!! Would buy again an again

Mixed feelings on this, overall not happy, nor displeased Pros: Unlimited free replacement, virtually no questions asked (just make sure to retain the old protector to trade it in). The DIY install kit is pretty good. Doesn’t leave much room for error. Cons: Poor quality, I’m having to get them replaced VERY often. A lot of driving to Best Buy. I think I’ve had to replace around 15-20 times in the 14 months I have owned. They have also changed product numbers around, meaning I’ve had to “upgrade” my product in order to continue receiving my free replacements, which cost an additional $12 on top of the $25 I initially paid. This to me feels like a poor business practice. Things to note: I use reasonably sturdy case with raised edges on my phone.

The screen protectors I have used for years and they are good and they do work but they do tend to break easier than other models in the past would I say don’t buy them no just know that they do tend to break easier good thing is they do offer for free replacements no matter how many times you break it. It’s just inconvenient to have to go and replace them.

I was very unhappy to be told that I will no longer be getting a new screen protector put on free at the store. When I purchased it I was told should I need replacement screens they would be free and that if I paid to have it put on that also would be a free service forever. Now I’m told NO. That I have to pay the $8 every time I come in. That is terrible service. A change in policy should grandfather in those who purchased before the policy change date. I should NEVER be charged to have a new one put on.

Love this product. It really works and what is terrific is that we can get a replacement as many times as we need if it ever cracks. It protects the main screen on the phone and if I did have the ZAGG protector, I would have had damage to the IPhone screen. Highly recommend.

Very strong glass. My phone falls a lot but still haven’t cracked as yet. The easy apply tray that come with it makes applications seemless.

The shield does exactly what it's supposed to do - shield the phone's glass. The iPhone 16's design - and the design of the protective case leave a 1" edge of the phone exposed around the Action Button. The glass has protected my phone from taking the hit that would have been expensive. Sure, your mobile company will sell you a protector, but they'll charge you if you need a replacement. Get it through Best Buy.

Good quality and good protection! Easy to replace if you crack it as well.

love the zagg screen protection programs! if you’re not familiar, they offer device-lifetime warranty meaning should your screen protector split or chip during the lifetime of your same device, they will replace the product at no cost. i highly recommend these to everyone in my life because they offer added assurance

Had it on my on my old Iphone, and works great on my new one…. They have a great warranty and if sometimes happen to it they will change it out, no questions ask….

I’ve used ZAGG screen protector fir two years and it has saved my screen from cracking each year. In addition, it’s warranty allowed me to get a replacement screen protector each time. ZAGG is a best buy for sure.

Does its job great. But the screen protector does crack kind of easy on the edges, but like I said that's its job to protect the screen. If you get the lifetime warranty on it it's worth it because once it cracks you just go in and get a brand new one for free

I love the screen protector. I love the warranty that comes with it, and the fact that the Best Buy employees will change the screen protector for me.

We have used this product multiple times, it has always done a good job at saving our screens and takes a lot to break. The replacement program has been really easy to use and helpful.
