If it lifts up, which in all seem to do (in my experience) you bring it back and they replace it for no charge. You can't go wrong with that!

No major drops or anything. I think it fell on my laptop and that’s what caused it but that was like less than a foot drop. However, it was one of the easiest screen protectors to place on and it still did its job.

That way if they mess it up, its on them and im not out another $30 for a screen protector.

My phone took a hit and it broke the protective cover, but saved my screen. Brought it back to Best Buy and they changed it out for me for free. The free replacement is the reason I always choose zag on top of being a great product.
