This screen protector is excellent. Installation was easy, and it lined up perfectly with no bubbles or issues. Once applied, it’s barely noticeable and keeps the screen looking crystal clear. It provides great protection against scratches and everyday wear without affecting touch sensitivity or display quality. If you want a reliable screen protector that’s simple to install and actually works, ZAGG is a great choice.

If I did not get these replaced for free through my Best Buy annual membership, I would not recommend this product. I am on my fifth screen protector if you drop it from a modest height, like a kitchen counter, or it falls off the bed, the screen protector shatters.

I have gotten 3 of these and have all cracked from minimum height drops now. I will be trying one more and if it doesn’t work I may consider not shopping at Best Buy if this is the best they can offer me.

I was very disappointed with my latest visit to Best Buy. For years I have purchased Zagg Shield Protectors for all our phones because of the unbeatable warranty. Whenever a screen needed to be replaced, we've returned to Best Buy, and without question or cost, a technician would replace the screen. On this visit we were told Best Buy changed the policy and now we are charged an installation fee. How can you change the policy on a warranty I've already purchased?

Have always used ZAGG screen protectors for my phones over the past 20 years due to their quality, fit and lifetime warranty. However, this one does not fit the phone like it should. There’s a gap all around the side edges, meaning the fit is too small. Very disappointed, considering the price and it’s a ZAGG!

Junk, maybe prevents scratches but this is so thin. Get the thick screen glass from amazon and apply it yourself.

Protector is very fragile, air huddles are constant and chipped within a week

The screen protector negatively impacts the touch sensitivity of the screen. After just two days, I removed it. The need to push harder than usual is a significant design flaw.

We received excellent customer service but the phone was a DUD. It worked perfectly for 6 days and stopped charging. We tried 4 different chargers and nothing worked. Ended up having to take phone back and get a new one.

Had a hard time placing the protector on the phone.

Average… there are better ones on Amazon that do not crack on the first drop… Best thing is the lifetime warranty and exchange program for Best Buy…

This is the second one I purchased in a month. The first one cracked while my phone was in my pocket.

Pros is it has lifetime replacement Con it cracks too easily which means more trips to store

Very odd as it broke next day and phone was never dropped. Glad it has a warranty, just need to make time and go back to get it swapped out.

It’s an OK screen protector. Kind of seem like it takes the brightness out of the phone a bit.

I bought my Zagg screen protector in June 2025 and in early July I had to get a warranty replacement as it cracked. I’m using a Speck phone protector case with 6 foot drop protection and the screen protector still cracked from a 2 foot drop. I replaced it under warranty at a cost of $10 shipping. The new screen protector broke after a 1 foot drop onto a fiberglass boat surface. The screen protectors are easy to install but the quality is terrible.
