This is the second one I purchased in a month. The first one cracked while my phone was in my pocket.

Have had nothing but trouble with these only good thing is they are replaced for free

Very odd as it broke next day and phone was never dropped. Glad it has a warranty, just need to make time and go back to get it swapped out.

Pros is it has lifetime replacement Con it cracks too easily which means more trips to store

It’s an OK screen protector. Kind of seem like it takes the brightness out of the phone a bit.

It works okay. They didn’t have the one I wanted in stock when I purchased. Tried to upgrade with the warranty claim but they weren’t making sense on the pricing. Not very happy with this product, cracks too easy.

I bought my Zagg screen protector in June 2025 and in early July I had to get a warranty replacement as it cracked. I’m using a Speck phone protector case with 6 foot drop protection and the screen protector still cracked from a 2 foot drop. I replaced it under warranty at a cost of $10 shipping. The new screen protector broke after a 1 foot drop onto a fiberglass boat surface. The screen protectors are easy to install but the quality is terrible.

Didn’t last long. It’s already cracked. I’ll be bringing it back to store to get it replaced. It would be hard to take pic when it’s on my phone.

I feel like they always stay dirty and crack after one month.

The screen protectors are terrible. I think merely looking at that causes cracks. They’re not very robust. As an example. They crack and you’ll have no idea why. I’ve had the iPhone since launch in 2008 and used screen protectors ever since. This is by far the worst one I’ve ever had. To put it into perspective, I’ve had replacements 7 times!!! Don’t buy this screen protector!

Do NOT buy, not worth it!! This was supposed to be a FREE replacement screen protector, I had to pay for it and the slightest bump and it is cracked already!! Every screen protector I have had replaced from best buy has failed!! I will NEVER buy another screen protector from best buy again!!

I've owned my new Iphone 16 Pro Max for less than a month and I have went through 2 of these ZAGG screen protectors. It's the most money I've ever spent on a screen protector and could not believe they cracked so soon and so easily. The first two, somehow cracked when put in or taken out of my pocket. I did not drop my phone and have an Otterbox case on top of it. My last phone I had for 5 years and went through 2 screen protectors the entire time and they were half the cost. Zagg got what money they'll get from me, there will be no more.

Looks good, but cracks and splinters with a small drop. I’ve had to replace it 4 times in the last 6 months.

After waiting an hour to have the thing installed at Best Buy it wasn’t the one I wanted. It was the one that they had and it was a piece of crap after waiting wasting an hour of my time to have it installed and then only last day what junk

Sticker for dust is bad. Too many air bubbles. The first time I try to switch away from Belkin and I deeply regret it. Going to the Apple Store tomorrow.

These thi gs are fragile. I’m on my third one for my 16 Pro Max. Price of admission plus the $10 replacement means I could have purchased 21 screen covers off Amazon by now. Speaking of, I’ve had better performance from Aamazon cheapos. I dont use a phone case and am very careful with my phones. This is pretty shocking given the price.
