it fell off so I don't think this will protect your screen

I ordered a glass screen protector & received a plastic one!

It only lasted two weeks and then I started cracking

Good idea but not a good product. Bought 2 and had to return them. Once applied, it was difficult to get access the corners of the Apple Watch screen. Also, it is very easy to get under the beveled part of the protector, meaning that if your watch was caught just right (and mine was) the protector was coming off and came off easy. Removing my husband’s screen protector was a little too easy. Also, ZAGG only offers it in two colors, black and rose (I believe). It looks clunky and noticeable if it is on a watch that is not black or rose. I have the Stainless steel and it looked terrible. It looked seamless and unnoticeable on my husband’s black stainless steel. The return policy was a breeze, brought it back to BB and no issues returning. Plus, since BB installed the shield and we returned it, they will install another shield at no additional cost.

I have 5 Apple products and each has the Zagg glass screen protectors. I recently purchased an Apple Watch and glass protector. The glass protector has a poor fit and fell off in 1 day. BB installed a new protector without a problem. Both protectors have a poor fit which leaves a "halo" around the face just inside the bezel. I contacted Zagg and the only relief about the poor fit was to buy the HD vs glass protector. Poor quality fit...don't buy glass for the Apple Watch!!! Zagg acknowledges the poor fit...

I originally bought the zagg clear shield protector and it was instantly a dud, but I kept it on for a couple months with the corners peeling to provide screen protection. Today I purchased the zagg glass protector because it appeared to be better quality than the one I had. I was wrong, this item was instantly a dud as well. It won't properly seal to my watch face. I paid geek squad to put it on and after three attempts with three different glass protectors they literally gave up. I called the zagg customer service line and was told the company is aware of the problem and is working to correct it. So the company is aware the product is defective but continues to offer it to customers. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is although it won't seal properly it still provides protection.

I don't recommend the Zagg Glass Luxe screen protector for the Apple Watch because it never completely seals to the screens surface; there's always a remaining halo effect on the screen and pressing too hard to get rid of it will result in a damaged glass screen protector. For my customers, I recommend the standard HD screen protector from Zagg as it will adhere to the device. I recommend having an associate in your local Best Buy install the protector as they are quite tricky to install if you're not well vested in installing them.

This shield is the best! Covers everything, looks great. You will not be disappointed.

It doesn't stay on and I only had it for one day. I bought the $14.99 Zagg Now that one is much better than Invinsible shield glass $29.99. So don't waste $29.99 on this product, it's not worth it!!! It won't stay on...

Bought this product and it doesn't stay on. First day was good but the second day it start separating around the edges. Returning it. Don't waste your money.

Cracked after 3 days. Then they charge $6 for replacement. Do not buy this. Best Buy wouldn't return
