    Satisfactory Protector

The screen protector seems like average quality. The instructions were lacking or could be more detailed. I had several small air bubbles that were very tiny and hard to remove. Prior to installation, the screen protector is stuck to a yellow piece of film. So when I placed the film onto the screen of the fit bit, I could not tell the screen protector had immediately released from the film. It appeared that it was not sticking So I kept trying to smooth out the bubbles that were showing but they would not come out. So I finally decided I would just have to pull it off and as I removed the yellow film it was not sticking at all to the fit bit so I realized it was because the protector had detached immediately from the film when I stuck it on the fit bit. Which is fine. It just detached so easily I had not noticed or felt it separate so I just kept trying to rub out all the bubbles that were actually just between the protector now on the fit bit and the yellow film. So not actually air pockets at all. Thank goodness because I thought I was going to have to scrap it off. So the product is satisfactory once installed.

Instructions are not very clear . It's hard to put on it first. You have to make two or three attempts for it to stay. Once it stays on , it's only good for 30 days. The shield starts peeling poor quality.

I got this as a gift for me mom and because the directions were very unclear she ended up using the wrong part. Now she doesn’t have a protector at all.

I have tried a few Zagg HD screen protectors for my Galaxy phones and now my Fitbit Alta, and I will never buy one again. In every instance, it has been impossible to use the product. I am a very capable technician, but the instructions are lame, full of disclaimers, and the product does not attach to the device per the directions. It is not clear, AT ALL, what is supposed to be separated from what film. Are we supposed to guess what the 'engineer' was thinking when designing this convoluted mess? Whoever wrote the instructions obviously has never tried to follow their own directions. I would rate this zero stars as it was entirely useless. A complete waste of money. I have tried, and tried again, to give Zagg HD products a chance. No more. I should say I have a Zagg screen protector on my Galaxy S6 Edge+. It's peeling around all the edges. When it fails completely, I will look for a competitor.
