The tools and instructions that came with it are not easy to use or understand. The technician at the store didn’t use either but had his own supplies. My problem now is I’ll have to go back and use the warranty because the film is starting to lift off on the edges.

Returned it and I tried another one. That one only stayed on for a while. When I woke up, it was not on the Fitbit. Will not buy another. Too expensive for a small piece of plastic.

Waste of Money

After several tries to hold it in place I set the Alta down to allow the shield to set. When I picked it up I thought the shield was on it and it wasn't. My Alta got a scratch in it while I was doing yard work and the shield was truly no where to be found. It was a $20. waste of money. I paid for a piece of tape that didn't stick and certainly didn't protect. It doesn't even deserve one star.

Followed Instructions but shield did not stick to face of FitBit. Too Expensive to purchase another to try again.

It was VERY difficult to apply (despite reading the instructions very carefully AND watching the Youtube video), would NOT stick to the screen of the Alta at all. It literally fell off in my hands the very next day after application. Pure junk. Save your money and buy the warranty plan if you are worried about the screen.
