difficult to apply, was unable to use on my new gear

Well, I'm no expert at laying out protection sheets on phones, PSPs, and what-have-you because the results usually end up in having air bubbles. But nonetheless, I gave this another try. First, you are going to wonder why in the world did the company pack this big plastic squeegie that does NOT fit across your smartwatch. It's like taking a jumbo permanent marker and using it for "fine print" writing on paper. It is more fitting for a phone than anything else. After cleaning the watch surface and making sure it is free of dust, I applied the protection sheet as instructed. The sheet is a tad smaller than the watchface so it was offset just a tad. No biggie, it is after quite unnoticeable. However, the bubbles were showing on the watch's face! I thought, "oh boy- here we go again" as I buffed the surface as much as I could. It looked like a disaster really with SO many air pockets! However, I left it on the watch. I started to notice that each day, the bubbles were going away, slowly but surely. By day 3, they were all gone thankfully! So spending money on this didn't go in vain after all. Now after all the bubbles are gone, like I said earlier (and in the title), the sheet is barely noticeable despite it being a tad smaller than the screen. In addition, there is a little (hard to describe) "texture" I guess on the sheet, but again- not really noticeable at all when it's in use or when the screen is off unless you are REALLY looking at the turned off screen under direct light.

I've had the Gear S3 classic for a couple months and had been waiting not so patiently for this screen protector to come out. I've had it on a number of things including two previous smart watches and it really is invisible if installed correctly. Great protection for your watch especially if you work in a field where you could easily scratch your watch face like I do. I didn't want to leave my gear S3 unprotected so I ordered a cheap glass protector off of Amazon. You could see it on the watch plain as day and it looked HORRIBLE. Needless to say I was at Best Buy the day after this became available and had it switched out. The only bad thing I can say is that it doesn't quite get to the edge of the watch face. It's hardly noticeable and definitely not enough to stop me from buying this again if anything happens to mine that's for sure.

Not super easy to install but it works. No fingerprints or dust. Having said that it does cover the entire glass and it's invisible. Cheaper than having to get the watchface fixed. Glad I got it.

I spent $15 on this screen protector, and it was a complete waste. The instructions inside the box were for installation on a smart phone. The squeegee was for a smartphone screen; not for smart watch installation. I ended up having to remove the protector almost immediately because there were so many bubbles I couldn't get out. Do NOT bother with this item.

If I could speak to the quality of the product, I might give it an extra star. But because of poorly thought packaging, directions, and near impossible installation, I don't know how anyone could speak positively about this product! The glass on the watch is sunk in from the bezel, so I welcome anyone explain to me how to install using - a squeegee that doesn't fit, nor plastic tabs ("ez tabs") that don't constantly fight against you. I'll be returning to the store for a return asap.

I just bought the Samsung watch and this was recommended for the watch itself and it does not fit the screen. Lots of bubbles because it didn't fit. I would have had to cut it to fit the screen. Wasted my money and my time.
