the screen protector starting chipping on the edges within a week of purchase. i went a few weeks later to try to exchange it, which was a week past the 2-week return policy, and best buy said it looked like i had dropped my phone. there was no evidence of my phone being dropped on my case or anywhere else, and i don't know if chips on the edges would even be the likely outcome of me dropping it because there are somewhat minor, and in a spot that i wouldn't think would be affected by a drop because the screen doesn't even reach to the edge on the phone. i guess i'm more disappointed with the customer service and the return/exchange policy of the store that sells a product that doesn't seem to last long. although, i'm not sure if this has happened with anyone else with this screen protector.

Good product. Worth the $ if it keeps the screen from cracking...

I've always had a glass protector for my iPhone's...this is the first one that ever chipped. It chipped a little bit on the side at two spots...but better than having the actual screen get chipped. I recommend getting one for any phone, just not sure of this is better than any other brand.

I have used Zagg products for a long time but it always felt weird having a piece of plastic over the glass screen. I enjoy using my phone more using the glass screen protector and I have dropped my phone a few times since installation and still not cracks!
