Shield broke but replacement was a smooth process

I dropped my phone within the first week of having this shield on though, and broke the edges of the shield. Good news - Zagg replaced the shield and the phone was undamaged. Bad news - I'm surprised it broke that quickly, but then again I am a klutz with dropping my phone.
