Customer service did everything possible in making my store experience really good. Everyone wanted to help and make things right and things did go smoothly. Really enjoyed the personnel attention and interaction. Everyone went out of their way to make sure you were happy with your experience at Best Buy. I will recommend everyone I know the company. Will come back to see everyone because of personal touch.

Good Product

The phone screen has been protected. I just sent off to have it replaced as there is just one small area that seems to be a "chip". Not sure if the edge got caught in something or what. Zagg said that they would replace it, so I have every confidence that they will. Thanks, Rick
