it is protective but it cracks easily

My phone is good but with care I still managed to crack the zagg. Most people would just keep theirs but I have sent for two new ones because of minor issues. It is a hassle to have to fill out the warranty and send it back not to mention paying $5. but at least the company stands behind the warranty.
