    I purchased a LifeProof case and a Zagg HD Glass screen protector at my local Best Buy. I allowed the salesperson to put the Zagg screen on the phone because he noted "we will replace it for free if I do it" and so it goes... a few days later the fragile glass screen protector cracked. It was my daughter's phone, so she brought it back to have the Zagg screen protector replaced and she was told that it would not be replaced by Best Buy, but through the warranted process by Zagg that we would have to pursue independently. I am not sure who I am displeased with more, Best Buy's lack of service, or Zagg's fragile product. BTW, have had many Zagg screens that lasted, but the HD glass screen protector was not one of them. I expect that working through the Zagg process for replacement would likely succeed, but not planning to chase it; it is much less convenient than what I understood to be offered by the salesperson.
