It took him several attempts so I would suggest paying to have them install it. So far I haven't had any problems. I chose this one because I liked that they have a warranty.

thankful I haven't had to use the shield yet

Had one before on my phone so this one was just a replacement. The original one I had did it's job great. It took the damage and saved my phone screen from any cracks. The shield looked pretty bad and I was worried about my screen but when it was removed my screen was fine!

I love the feel of glass vs other protectors

I've replaced it several times (under warranty, you pay the shipping) but that's simple as compared to replacing a screen. It doesn't bother me at all to change them out, because the feel and clarity are unparalleled with the glass installed.

I had one on my previous phone that protected a direct drop on the screen and only had a single crack. Zagg replaced it immediately with no hassle. Sent the new one, Best Buy installed it and I mailed the broken one back. Couldn't be easier.

Great Screen Protector

I usually don't like screen protectors at all because of the way they compromise the appearance and the feel of the display. I can honestly say this one doesn't do either of those things. It's as if it wasn't even there. Definitely a great product for those who need to use screen protectors.

Well worth the price. I drop my phone all the time and I have yet to break a screen because I always have these screen protectors. HIGHLY recommended for people who love great protection and the keeping the "glass" feel to the screen.

Smooth glass feels like the bare phone screen. I dropped my phone and the screen cover cracked, but my screen didn't. Because I registered with zagg.com, for the cost shipping only I got a free replacement. Good deal all the way around.
