Easy to put on and no issue with bubbles . Durable

Had a Zagg original on my iPhone 5 for 3 years without a problem, put this on my new 6s and it chipped within an hour and again a few days later. warranty replacement seems to be going well, new product was shipped from Zagg today, but have no confidence new item will hold up any better.

Great product and great protection. Nicely priced.

I bought two of these, one for my iPhone 6 Plus and my moms iPhone 6s. With the experts at Best Buy installing it, I had no bubbles on either phone. They are guaranteed to not crack, and if they do they will replace it. Mine cracked, but I can still see everything on my phone just fine. I'll be getting a new one soon.

It was fine at first but it cracks too easy. Won't buy again.

WITH PROPER CARE IN APPLYING THE SHIELD, you should have a product that will conform to the summary line. Do not rush, and read the instructions completely. Failure in either respect could result in a misplacement of the Shield and/or dirt particles getting underneath. The latter is impossible to correct!

This is a good basic screen protector but was hard to apply.

The ZAGG shield is supposed to be the top of line screen protector. Mine worked ok for close to one year and then cracked for unknown reasons. I received a warranty replacement and that one cracked within 2 days.

I purchased this item from Best Buy and after two weeks it started to crack. I exchanged the item at Best Buy and from then on had issues with the cover laying flat on the phone, it seems to keep bubbles in it. This has become an "eye sore" plus it's hard to see the screen.

Great reception, more options than I ever dreamed would be available. I still have much to learn. I hope I don't go over the plan limits for usage. We really liked our sales person named Emily knowledgeable; and the apple rep who is very helpful, his name is Howard who also has the patience of a saint.

Best Buy sales person stated that he could place it on my phone with an additional charge and let me to believe that if it was damaged I could bring it back and have it put on again at no additional charge. After having the damaged one replaced. I took it to the Best Buy in Orange to only have one of the geek squad and managers Vicente be rude and refused to replace it. They told me that there policy is to charge every time. I said it was not disclosed or I would not have bought it. However no customer satisfaction was done about it. I had the worst customer service at the Best Buy in Orange, Tustin.

It's ok. I just wished it covered the entire phone screen.

It worked well for a couple of weeks but it is now cracked on the corners. Also, the first time around there was an air bubble and in an attempt to fix it the glass was bent and would stick back to the phone flat.

It has crack upper corner already, it needs lots of care

It's been about half a year, and there's already a crack on the screen protector, there's a lifetime warranty on it so you can just walk right in and get it replaced free of charge. If that crack was on the actual screen.... I would've had to break open the wallet.

The Best Buy member that installed the first one had it off centered so there was a slight edge I didn't like. I took it back and they put a new one on ( after I paid for install again) now it seems I don't get as fast if response touching screen. Sometimes have to hit a letter hard to get it to work.

I have two toddlers and was recommended this product over the regular shield. The glass shield is a bit thicker, which takes a little getting used to when using the home button, but has been fine overall. My phone has been dropped, thrown, etc by my children, and the screen (and shield) looks like new.
