I purchased this at the recommendation of the Best Buy person who served me when I purchased the iPhone 6 for my teenaged daughter. The product seems to be working well, but it has chipped already on the edge of it. It is still working.

The screen protector got a crack in the first few days I had it on the phone and the phone had never even been dropped. I just pulled the phone out of my purse one day to see a crack across the top. Chips have also come off the sides of the protector. Again, this happened without the phone being dropped. It has also already gotten scratches, even though I keep it in the side pocket of my purse by itself. For something sold to me as "the best screen protector out there" I'm sorely disappointed in its durability.

I really like this screen cover. It's not waxy like other screen covers I've had. It's also really easy to keep clean. The only downside it that it comes up on the edges which allows for fuzz and other things to stick to it.

I bought this with my phone and had it installed at Best Buy. It layed down nice and there was no dust or anything trapped. I thought it was for the wrong model iPhone because the width of the glass just baaarely covers the width of the screen. Nonetheless, it has two medium size cracks now that I got in week one. It has never been dropped so I don't know how it happened. When I find time, I will use ZAGGS warranty.

I am very careful with my phone and zagg has saved my phone numerous times! Their lifetime guarantee is straight forward and I only pay a few dollars for shipping and handling if the glass protector does break. A must have product for all phone users!

I have used other brand screen protectors that would not stick properly or would crack shortly after applying from just every day bumping. ZAGG's shield goes on flawlessly and outlasts my phone from trade in to trade in. I refuse to use any other shields.

Scratched within 1st month of ownership. .Should have lasted longer and been more resilient in my humble opinion. It makes me wonder if there really is such a thing as protection? I have a cover that has a rim thus preventing the iphone from touching the ground if it's dropped and also protecting it and I have this expensive glass shield - but it scratched anyway? The phone was neither dropped nor in a position to be scratched except it is in my purse or pocket - so it seems crazy it would scratch when nothing was ever done to it for it to scratch? Not that happy - but I don't think any other product would be better (or worse).

This was an unresearched purchase. I wasn't sure what type of laptop I wanted or which one best suited my needs. The associate (Scott--Columbia, Missouri, Best Buy) was a wealth of knowledge, and made sure that my laptop purchase was the perfect fit for me!

This screen protector is already cracked.. Needs to be replaced. The phone wasn't dropped or anything to my knowledge. Need to get that addressed when we get home this week.

This screen protector had been on my phone for close to a month and i have dropped it plenty of times and my actual screen has not cracked, only the screen protector. It is very easy to apply to screen and it stays, very adhesive. Wonderful investment!

I had a Samsung and couldn't wait to get rid of it. I do love this phone. It's logical and something I know I will keep. Costs more, but quality is FAR superior. I do wish it were water proof and shock resistant, but it's a phone. I don't live on my phone.

This is the best screen protector I've ever used. The only negative is that on the iPhone 6 it doesn't go all the way to the edge like it does for other models. I heard it is because of the rounded edges on the iPhone 6.

I had to replace my iPhone 4s. I like Best Buys customer service & knowledgeable staff. The only thing I wasn't real happy with is the Invisishield that was put on my phone started peeling off after about 2 or 3 weeks.

I absolutely love Zagg! This is my second time purchasing a glass protector. My first one cracker, used the lifetime warranty and was replaced in a timely manner. Only reason I purchased a new one, was when I upgraded to my 6s, I wanted the HD. LOVE!!

I wouldn't carry my phone without one. Very clear, thin glass. You won't even remember it's on there. Glass breaks easily if you put in your pocket or bag with keys or the like. Warranty is quick though fr $5 shipping

Despite the best efforts of the Best Buy mobile employee, using multiple screen protectors, all of our phones using this screen protector have halos around the edges. Interestingly, we had a clear glass screen protector from Zagg that was about 1.5 years old that we had installed on one of our phones that day and it turned out perfect. In the past we always had great luck with Zagg, not sure what happened with this particular model. Unfortunately, Best Buy did not have just the clear glass that day.

Had geek squad install the screen for me. I am glad I did because if I would have messed up, i would have to pay twice for the screen! Even geek squad messed up once

I bought this screen protector and within days it was very scratched up and chipped. It protects my phone screen but it doesn't appear to hold up itself. Good thing it has a lifetime warranty. I already had it replaced.

The glass was chipped when I took it out of the package! When I returned it to Best Buy, they told me that they get a lot of these shields returned for that very reason.

I have had this glass installed on previous phones, and I would suggest keeping all receipts and the glass that breaks or cracks in order to receive a replacement. I will purchase again, but install myself, as there was a $8 charge for that.
