This is the third Zaag screen savers I have purchased. I guess they've saved my phone, but they fracture fairly easily, at least in my estimation. Yes, there's a "lifetime warranty" if you want to go to the hassle.

Was happy with it the first couple weeks. Then my cousin put her fingernail at the edge of the screen protector and the bottom corner now is cracked just from a tiny bit of pressure and is sharp! Not worth the $40

The floor associate wanted to charge me 8 bucks to put on the product. Total lack of customer service! Someone forgot, you build a customer base by offering good customer service! Better get back to basics!

I cannot believe how easily this high density glass Procter breaks. As I receive this review,getting ready to get another protecter. Maybe this is the reason why you have life warranty. I m very disappointed.

I drop my phone all the time, however I have never cracked my screen. When I choose to get this protector just to see how it worked, it only lasted me a month. Has a warentry but not even worth it

I only had the screen protector a month and dropped my phone in the bathroom and the screen protector cracked. It was a waste of money, and that isn't including the $8 Best Buy charged me to install it.

sorry folks but I can't recommend this for the iPhone cracks immediately. it is no good. even though zag promises to replace it another is not worth it.

There are air bubbles under the protector that we can't get rid of. Had the Best Buy associate install it for us - it looked fine. But within minutes it was lifting away from edges. Waste of money.

All this thing does is protect your screen against scratches, but you don't need a "glass" protector to do that. This thing did not do squat against impact protection. I would not buy this again.

I was expecting these glass shields to be much more scratch and crack resistant. Scratches much easier than the regular phone screen and cracks much easier too. Glad they have a good warranty!

The corners chipped and it cracked the same day I got this, they offer free replacement on their website, but you have to pay for shipping, and you have to ship them the old broken screen.

Loved zagg in past but always got original, not glass. Do not like glass, it stuck ok but had good sized gap between edge of phone & where glass edge ended. Didn't feel it protected it.

Bought this for my daughters phone. It did its job until 2 weeks ago. She dropped her phone and not only did this screen crack but her actual phone screen shattered underneath.

Within a week I had to call the mfg to replace and you have to pay shipping and handling. Then another $8 for installation. Worse screen saver I ever purchased (and most expensive).

My review is based entirely off of when I opened the package the screen was cracked. Not sure how it is on the phone, but if it was broken inside the packaging that can't be too good.

Crystal clear and has a great texture but it breaks easily. Of course it's better that the protector break, not your phone, but the product itself is t particularly sturdy.

This cracked by the second week of having. I was surprised because I was very careful with the phone. Other brand has outlasted this one and have had for more than a year

My husband and I are on our third protector each. They keep cracking! Not handled harshly no reason for the cracking. Getting really sick of paying shipping for replacements!

Had this installed by Geek Sqaud. Looks and feels great. But crack within a week. Possible impact to edge of it by Home button.

Didn't hold up to what I expected, wish it covered the entire phone screen. every time I purchase a screen protector it ends up cracking my phone at the very corner
