All three broke within two weeks of purchase. Very disappointing considering the guarantee. Returned to BestBuy to have them replaced and were told by salesman Joey that I had to take them to the mall to replace them Best Buy does not do that.

Piece of garbage

Cut my finger trying to remove it. Did not bother with the warranty it was more of a hassle then it is worth. $80 wasted because we purchased one for each phone.
