Best Buy is great. Zagg is not! Get your screen protector from another brand. I just purchased this item with my new phone and it cracked soon after. I registered it and requested a replacement. After weeks of waiting, they cancelled the order and said that my screen protector was discontinued. Therefore, my warranty was null and void after 2 months of use.

I have had to return it once for a replacement and about to return it for the second it cracked again!!

I'm not satisfied with the way it sits on the screen. I paid extra for the Geek Squad to put it on, and it still has bubbles on it. The first one they attempted to put on my phone wouldn't attach to the glass properly. The second one was put on and it had bubbles on the top & bottom. They told me it would smooth out in a couple day an it hasn't.

This broke as I was taking it out of the package. For the price, I was extremely disappointed.

The screen chipped on the left side. I had to remove it. Now I am out of a screen protector.

I purchased this item paid for the installation service and they put the glass on. About 3 weeks later it starts to bubble up. I go back to the store and they tried for about an hour to apply a glass that wouldn't bubble. The geek squad rep said "look I tried 4 times I'm not sure what you want me to do it still will protect the screen"

I was hoping it would last longer than it did. It cracked a week after I applied it.

The screen protector looks good on the phone but seems to always chip and crack.

My invisible shield screen cracked within the first week. I had a Best Buy employee put it on my new phone upon purchase of my new phone. Within a month, my screen is broken under the invisible shield. I had a case on and assure you it was normal clumsy dropping from most phone users. I'm really disappointed.

Would not recommend. Zagg makes it almost impossible to get your replacement!

It broke before it was even on the phone for less than a month . Not happy

Thought this would help the screen but daughter dropped phone with case on and this screen protector and glass cracked. We spend so much on these cases and screen protectors and they really do a poor job. My phone has a different screen protector, no case and still no cracks (dropped a number of times).

I have already been through 3 of these protectors... Crack and break very easily There is a lifetime warrenty-- but it is a hassle to have a broken screen protector, wait for replacement, get replacement, go to get replacement on then send back broken one.... Will not buy another one again!!!

This will not stay down on my phone. Popping up in different places.

I bought this item less than 45 days ago and it's already cracked in 3 different places. I have slightly dropped or tapped my phone on the table and its cracked. I poked my finger in the glass because the crack was near the finger print area. I will be returning this and getting a plastic.

Best Buy installed, and did not fit well. Came off in two weeks

what can i say sorry bestbuy on this but im not happy with this Zagg - InvisibleShield HD Glass Screen Protector . went i open my new zagg screen protector it was uesd ready & i did see that it was uesd it look like they diding no how to put it & put it back in return it .. my luck ..

Dropped my phone twice & screen protector is already chipped

I had Best Buy install this on my phone for me and it started peeling away from the phone within a week. I went back to Best Buy to ask about why this would happen and they said that the iPhone 6 has curved glass so it is common that this happens. I do not recommend this product.

Very hard to put on correctly!! Did not workout well for me.
