I noticed a chip shorty after it was placed on my phone. It was replaced at no cost but it cracked the next day when my Phone feel from my car seat to the floor- not much of an impact. Took it off. Over a year later my phone is is great shape without the "protector"

If you drop your phone this thing is going to break.

The screen protector is not properly sized for the plus barely covers the screen much less any of the front glass around it. So now my phone has a crack on the edge where the 1/8" gap between the glass protector and the case I have on it don't meet. Cool. Not.

It is 2 months old and has a chip in it and a crack. We usually don't get the glass one but the others don't last either. We thought this would be better. We aren't hard on our phones or drop them. We purchased one for another phone and had the same problem.

I brought this screen protector and it chipped the first time I put my phone in my purse. It's not as durable as I would like. It's nice because it has a lifetime guarantee but you have to pay for a processing and shipping/handling for a new one.

I really liked the feel of the screen protector from the get go but it started cracking immediately. I hadn't dropped it and the cracks started to form where the earpiece cutout is. I've already replaced the glass with the standard zagg protector.

Chips quite easily, also too large for screen as S7 glass has slight curve to the sides and the cover glass runs past this curve therefore free standing and is quite susceptible to damage. A lot of money for poor design and a month of longevity.

I expected more out of this product. It doesn't fit the phone well which makes the edges develop air gaps. For those looking for a screen protector that is seemless and doesn't take away from the form factor of the phone, this is not it!!

I cracked the edge of the glass on day 2 while attempting to rub out an air bubble with my finger nail. I was very surprised how easily it broke under pressure from my thumb. It's a good product otherwise, but not worth what I paid.

This glass is a joke! First it didn't fit the iphobe perfectly due to phone having slight curved screen. Then the glass cracked on the second day just from being in my pocket with my keys! It's horrible and a waste of money

It's my first time purchasing a zagg glass product... I'll never do it again. I love original. The glass got a small crack in it in 3 days. It's not huge and I'm still using it but I won't by another glass product by zagg.

My husband and I purchased this for each of our new iPhones. Within one month, both of our screens were chipped and cracked. We haven't dropped our phones and don't understand where or how the damage could have occurred.

I followed the instructions but when I applied it to the phone it left large air pockets. They never went away so I took it off the phone. Disappointed ! Phone service puts them on for free. Best Buy want to charge me

I've had to buy three of there in less of 18 months. I realize the have a guarantee but the shipping and handling is $15.00 so why not just buy a new one. I greatly dislike zagg but it's a rock and hard spot.

This is the second one I have had. They suck!! Others I know that have these cracked as well, they say it cracks so your screen doesn't. I have never dropped the phone, it cracked when in my pocket twice.

Yes, I'm glad that the protector broke before my phone's screen did, but the fact that accidentally dropping it off of a 2 foot height and the protector shattered was not exactly what I was looking for!

Screen protector installed by Best Buy. Started cracking at the edges in a few days. NEVER dropped phone. Guaranteed for $5 every time it cracks, breaks, chips, or peals. Waist of money!

I've had this for a month now and it's been separating from the screen at the edges and sides. Have to go buy a new one now. Maybe it's the iPhone screen, idk. But not worth the money.
