The screen protector shattered before I could even take it off the protective plastic. It was the day before traveling so had to wait until I returned to return to Best Buy. While I was away I purchased a different protector with the expectation that I could return a defective product no problem. Upon my return I returned the product to Best Buy but they would not take it back after three days and I had to go directly to ZAGG. ZAGG will not issue a refund since I did not buy it through them directly. Best they will do is give me credit to their online store (less than what I purchased it for at Best Buy, plus I have to pay to return the broken product). Poor product and poor customer service by Best Buy and ZAGG.

This is my second ZAGG glass protector, I loved the one I had on my 5s, so I purchased another for my 6s. What I've noticed is that inside it looks fine, no issues, but outside it has a very distinct blue tint/haze to it. After doing some research it sounds like this is probably due to the special UV coating that this best buy exclusive version has. It sounds like there's almost no UV emitted from the screen itself but they are probably talking about UV being reflected off the screen when outdoors, so perhaps it does do those things. However, in doing so it makes the screen much harder to read in natural light than the normal version does. As a result I couldn't recommend the product to others. The last thing you want an expensive screen protector to do is degrade the screen brightness and resolution when outside.

I've used Zagg products for years and was excited to purchase this protector for a iPhone 6. However, within days the screen protector cracked and split at the corners without anything hitting it at all. Very disappointed in the quality of this one. Returned it and went another direction for protection.

I bought this case because I dropped my cellphone in water and destroyed it :(. When my replacement came, I went to Best Buy and the rep said this was one of the most highly rated cases. I bought it on the spot! I'm loving the fact that it has a very slim design, no bulk.

Only complaint is that after the store associate applied the glass it started to come off phone along one edge and I haven't been able to adhere the part that is detaching

I purchased this product for my college-age son. Admittedly, his iPhone gets a workout, so screen protection is extremely important. The HD glass cover cracked within the 1st two weeks, for no apparent reason. It was replaced by Zagg for a small fee.

ZAGG invisible shields are an excellent product to help protect your technology.
