This screen protector is very fragile and breaks over the littlest drop. I am now on my 4th protector. I never had this issue with protectors for other phones.

Don't even know how it happened but glass broke at Home button within first three weeks, BUT iPhone screen not damaged so I guess it did its job.

I've purchased ZAGG Invisibleshield products for my phones in the past. I got a new 6s and purchased this one after reading pretty good things about tempered glass screen protectors. I especially like the promise of technology that prevents fingerprints. I thought the technology worked but, to my surprise I saw tons of fingerprints on it when I turned the device into sunlight. Not Best Buy's fault but ZAGG's. I expect better for $40.

Registered my first one reached out to them after it chipped and cracked. Don't put your warranty in your price if you aren't going to honor it

The customer service was great, but the protector itself is not the best. The edges do not stat flush against the phone.

Protects screen, but does crack itself. Lifetime guarantee that I never registered for, but good price of $20

Maybe older versions were nice but they are cheaply made now. All of the corners crack without ever dropping it.

To pricey for something that will crack after only having it a month, and I haven't even dropped my phone...

This protector was expensive and came with big promises, but it chipped and cracked soon after getting it. I've had cheaper screen protectors do a better job and last much longer. Not worth the money.

After putting it on. My phone fell on the side of my bed not even a high drop at all, and the part of the screen protector cracked and I just got it today. My question is can I go back tomorrow and return it?

I was convinced by sales staff to spend the money on this. When I opened package, the screen broke as I was taking it out of the package.

My wife has broken 2 of these in less than 18mo as a result of phone drops. It shatters alone with the screen.

This is my 3rd Zagg protector but my first "glass" line. Since September, I have to replace two units because these cracked requiring replacement for which Zagg charges you $6 shipping. I am not a particularly hard user on my phone - my prior plastic HD protector lasted 3 years without needing to be replaced. It seems the glass is prone to cracking right on the edge.

My phone dropped out of my pocket while I was sitting on a chair. It fell no higher than 18 inches. The ZAGG Screen shattered and so did my I Phone screen. Zero protection...
