I cracked the shield two weeks after purchase ( it protected the screen from damage) and the replacement only cost a few dollars for shipping.

I already loved Zagg products and their easy replacement policy. The glass screen is so much easier to apply and the resolution looks better.

This screen protector has never failed me. It will definitely protect the original screen when the phone is dropped. Best part is Zagg offers a warranty so if the glass screen protector breaks from the drop you can request for a new one and they will send it to you. Make sure to keep the old screen as you will need to send it in after getting the new one!

my sister in law has the tinted one and I was shocked at how good it is. Had to get the clear one for myself... Would recommend it to others!

The screen protector works great and is much better than plastic. I had a lot of trouble with bubbles during the installation, because tiny dust particles kept geeting on my screen. I used the wipes provided, but it still took five of six tries. Best Buy offered installation but I never asked what it cost. This may be a good option to avoid the hassle and get a clean looking screen the first time. I gave this product four stars because of the difficulty of installation.

The glass screen is great! Doesn't show smudge or fingerprints. Saved my phones screen from cracking multiple times.
