I purchased an Apple Watch Series 4, 40mm on 11/5/18 at a Verizon store. They recommended cover to protect face but did not have any in stock. I went to Best Buy on same day 11/5/18 and purchased Invisible Shield hd clear Apple Watch Series 4 (40 mm) for $14.99. That evening I carefully followed application instructions but the top half of the shield never adhered to the watch. I was going to return to Best Buy for advice the next morning. However before returning to Best Buy the invisible shield fell of my watch somewhere in my house and I have not been able to find it as yet. So far besides the frustration dealing with the product not being effective it is a total waste of 15 dollars plus gas and aggravation. In addition initially I was unable while trying to register the product as requested by ZAGG. The Apple Watch Series (40 mm) was not an option and initially to register I had to selected another size. I contacted ZAGG but it has been over a month with no progress in resolution. Best Buy tells me to contact ZAGG and ZAGG tells me go back to Best Buy. I provided information to ZAGG for registration as requested when 40 mm size was added. Total waste of time and money. No satisfaction from requesting help. Very disappointing.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!! This was a horrible product. Initially it seemed like other products. You apply a moist towel that is sent with the shield to the shield to activate the adhesive on the shield. Then you place the shield on the watch and peel off the second layer from the back side of the shield. Seemed straight forward, but the shield was not sticking to the watch at. When I thought I finally had it, I tried to get the second plastic piece off the cover. This was impossible to do. It peeled the the shield back off the watch. I put the shield back on the watch and it seemed Ok at first and I thought I had saved the install, but within 5 minutes the edges were peeling away from the curved watch edges. The shield wasn't on for 5 minutes before I realized it would not stick. I finally gave up and removed it, threw it away, and cleaned off the watch face. That's $15 down the drain and a customer that will not buy from Invisibleshield again. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!!

After following the instructions, the screen was a pain to apply and the instructions didn't make sense. Once I finally got it on there were a couple bubbles but I was willing to deal with it. Then after sleeping with the watch on the edge of the screen started to catch fuzzies. Then, I went to get up off my leather couch and as I did the watch rubbed on the couch, pulling the whole screen off into a rolled up little ball. It was unusable after that. The screen lasted me a grand total of 2 days. Then, I went to register for the lifetime warranty and they wanted me to pay to shipping for their crap product - no thanks! Decided to just leave an awful review instead.

Amazing had for 4 years never cracked or anything!
