Slides around even without bubbles underneath it

It was free of bubbles, lint, dust, and was on smoothly. But shortly after when sweating or minor dampness in the air, it would slide around not not be seated evenly which would cause it to lift and not seat correctly. A waste of money with terrible adhesive.
