    The glass got a hairline crack in it 2 days after I got it, and I DID NOT drop my phone! Because I had them install the glass at the store I returned to the store that day and they quickly replaced it and put on a new one for me no questions ask! Service was great. Unfortunately the Glass protector IS NOT! Within a week I noticed a chip down around the home button ( once again I did not drop it) and a week later it had yet another hair line crack!!!!! Frustrating to say the least. I don't want to have to put it on myself- because I paid extra so it would be done correctly! I have held off sending ( by mail) back to the company for this reason. I'm very disappointed for the price this should last a lot longer!!!!

    it does not fit right on the 6s. It stays above and I have to press hard to play my games or text, On the right side especially. Best Buy installed for me.

    I had Best Buy install this and while it is smooth the edges are hazy and not sticking. Very disappointed in the installation by Best Buy.
