A: You need to receive the replacement via Zagg first ($5 shipping or so) but then the Best Buy employee will usually reinstall it for you! (I am a former employee of BB.)
Q: If you ask to have it placed by a Best Buy worker, will it cost extra to do so?
A: Yes. They do price match though when you buy from them to save the cost of installation
