He liked the insignia and was pleased with its performance but I had dropped it and cracked the screen. When he went to replace it, he was told that tablet was not available and wouldn't be available for quite some time and they pushed the Zeki tablet on him. Within the first week he was complaining about it. It doesn't have any blue tooth capability like his prior tablet, the battery gets hot and it doesn't hold charge very well at all. There have been times it won't charge at all. He has only had this for a short time now and he wishes he never got it.

Good price, bad battery

It was a good price but once we got it home and my son played with it the battery life sucked. I had to keep charging it .I compared it to the Samsung galaxy S2 that my other son had which battery life last for hours. So I wouldn't recommend the Zeki tablet because the battery doesn't keep a charge long enough in my opinion. I returned it and purchased the Samsung galaxy S3 and we love it!

I wanted tablet for my 6yr old. Irony, employee superb, product garbage. Only good thing, I purchased with Xmas gift card.

only worked for 3 weeks

Could not return to store, shipped back to manufacturer with original receipt as instructed now they say they didn't get the receipt. Not only is the product defective, the return department failed as well. They said to call back in 3 days for update. Do not buy this junk.
