The wifi drops off for a moment every few days, otherwise works well.

I have been using it for two now and it works great. The set up was pretty straight forward and the reception from the living room to my bedroom is good.

Set up was fast and easy. This unit is good for most people. If you can follow basic instructions you will do great. I have seen 90 Mbps with this unit!

Finally! No more modem fees. Easy to set up. Works perfectly so far (about 6 weeks now). Good price. Should pay for itself in 10 months time. Good deal.

Bought this for my dad to give him wifi internet with time warner cable. Easy to set up and wifi has good range ... no problems and cheaper than other name brands, would buy again.

I purchased a replacement for the router that you have to rent from comcast, and this one is of good quality and the price was reasonable. Although you can't connect your phone to it, it actually comes with a list of other available options included in the package.

The WiFi is ok wish the coverage was a little better

I bought this modem because I just moved into my new place & didn't want to rent it from my cable company. it is wifi compatible & I haven't had problems connecting at any time (although I live in a one bedroom apartment). quick internet, no complaints here.

Purchased this unit for my dad's first internet set up with time warner cable. Simple set up and works fine so far. The time warner rep said this unit is adequate and compatible for cable phone and internet. Good value from best buy, same cost as amazon!

Takes a while for it to turn on to access the Internet. Other that... works well.

Overall this is a great little modem/router if you don't have too many things on it at once. The max number of devices that I have had running at once are 5. After that you will get bumped.

When we updated our internet speed, we needed a new modem which worked with the ISP. This one qualified and was inexpensive and easy to install. No problems so far, except when we had it too close to the Television and had some slight interference with antenna signals. Overall, we are happy with the new eauipment.

I bought this item because it said it was compatible with Xfinity internet, which I have but when I called to get it connected, I was informed that it is outdated and couldn't be connected. so why are you still selling it?

It works well. we had issues with devices not finding internet in our home, so we bought this. no problems with that, but we do reset it maybe every two weeks or so as the functionality dies, but it quickly fixes with reset.
