Expected slightly more from this product. Adequate service.

I moved to a new apartment in a new area. Needed a modem that would comply with the provider approved list. This was a good choice.

This router modem is very cheaply made reviews were good online then I bought it for twc which it is compatible with when gully in taller worked really slow and the signal was really bad ended up using the one provided by time Warner ubbee which is much better and faster

I originally wanted an AC modem, but at the moment they are still expensive so i chose this one and i am very happy with it

When price point is a factor, this modem is fantastic. I get very fast speeds on wired connecting, and no issues with multiple wireless connections. Although it doesn't produce a 5.4 frequency, the 2.8 works just fine, even for streaming netflix and hulu.

Not a good product. Frequently disconnects and need to restart several times during the month. Phone Support is also not good. Better go with a more established brand

i bought this combo router and modem two months ago. it gives perfect wifi range with strength of signal. you can also connect your flash drive to create some server memory to share or store your personal home cloud drive.

The modem has a tendency to stop broadcasting the Internet signal from time to time. It had to do with a couple of settings, which technical support talked me through. The technical support was timely and of great assistance.

Good no hassle product to get rid of TWC modem rental fees. It will pay for itself in a few months.

Once I switched to this product, my wifi has been sporadically slow and rarely up to the speed I had with my prior Motorola modem and Vizio wireless. We tried working with Comcast and Zoom to fix the issue and both companies say it is the other. Zoom says it is a Comcast issue and Comcast says it is a Zoom issue. All I know is before I replaced what Comcast said was an outdated modem, my download speeds were consistent and MUCH faster. Now I feel stuck with this product that I feel is junk.

It works flawless and does everything advertized. An excellent value. Would highly recommend.

This cable modem was easy and fast to configure and use, when connecting to Xfinity cable.

I didn't want to continue renting a modem from Xfinity. I decided to get this one so I can free myself from those shackles

Great price for product compared to many others and have t had a problem since I bought it.

Set up is simple just remember when you activate WiFi you need to hold the button. Cool part is you have an on/off button on device. Got on sale decent price.

Why pay to rent a modem when you can purchase your own and save money easy to set up.
