Broke down within an hour

Poor Modem/Router

Constantly have to reset and turn-off. Best-Buy will not take this unit back due to 45 days after purchase. Unit has 1 yr warranty and Zoom wants to replace the unit. They need your cc # and you have to pay shipping also. Not happy with unit and the service.

Good modem but slow router

The modem works well but the router is slow. If you have only one device connected it might be okay, but we have around 4 and the internet connection was choppy. I returned it back because it didn't meet our family needs.
