OK for couple devices
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It a good Wi-Fi modem as long as only couple devices connected but for a family setting not so much after 3 devices connected the modem randomly disconnects and reconnects which in turn slows anything your doing down and drains battery quicker from constantly searching

Did not work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This did not work for me so I had to get another modem and router. I tried to give it to my boyfriend instead, who has a different internet provider, and it didn't work for him either.

It does the work!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I only have this product for 3 months now and so far so good. It work for cable and wi-fi for the whole house which is a 2 Story building. It's fast for 72Mbps plan I have. Before I purchased I read reviews and decided to get the insurance for 2 years that only cost $14.99 before tax just in case.

Capable and reliable cable modem/ router combo.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although I don't consider myself a tech-wizard, I've finally decided to join the cord-cutter club. So, when I started doing some research I've found the Zoom 5354 wireless-cable-modem router to be a good fit for the job. With 4 ethernet ports, I was able to hook up my Vonage telephone modem, my Roku 3 and my main PC (still have one extra left). I stream TV from Sling without any issues, and for the portable devices, between 3-4 simultaneously, the wireless connection does the job pretty well. (at 10-12 Mbps downloads). Worth noting, that I still have to have "Con-cast" as my internet service provider, which at the price of a non-bundle service is quite high. But the satisfaction of being able to stop feeding the vultures a full mouth every month ($180 including rental equipment) it's worth the price.

Fast wi-fi
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set up was a piece of cake, called Comcast and had it running with in 5 mins, solid built and sleek design, strong signal everywhere in the house, stronger than Comcast modem that's for sure and save me $10/month from Comcast.

OMG not very good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.and even worse customer service. LAN speed on the hard wires was awesome! Worked OK for droid devises, but no conductivity to any apple devises. 2 days of phone support and they couldn't help. Apple and Comcast were equally useless. Returned the unit for a netgear brand and voila!!!! Thought I would give them another try after bad experience years ago, Mistake... should have stayed with netgear.
