Wi fi and router works well for my 1000 sq ft apt.

We are using this for about 3 month and overall it is a nice product. we have 3 laptops and 3 iphones using at home, streaming music and videos most of the time and hardly ever have issue with connection. We even networked 8 computers 9(all on wifi) to play a game together and didn't have noticeable issues. it's been less than 5 times that we need to restart the router due to disconnected or slow connection. In short I am happy with the purchase.

I switched from renting a modem with Comcast to purchasing this one and it's great! Really easy set up, works great and no issues with signal.

I was excited for this purchase until I hooked it up. I have 200 mbps service through comcast/xfinity. I could never ping faster than 90 mbps via ethernet, ever. Wireless always maxed at 30 mbps. I called comcast and after wasting alot of time on multiple calls they sent a technician. True enough, after multiple testing, he hooked up one of their routers and the speed was there but when he reconnected the Zoom, the speed was throttled again. They blame the router, which is partially true, I think Comcast doesn't play fair and throttles after market modem/routers. Any one get better speed with another brand of modem/router?

I bought this modem to replace the one I got from Xfinity in order to lower my bill. At first, I thought it was great. However, I noticed that the internet service I was once getting on my phone and tablets had got worse. Now, pretty much altogether, my phone, tablets, and Wifi printer will not connect to the internet unless I literally set the device right next to the modem. I called Zoom and I will admit, the customer service was great, however, it did not help me. They had me reset some setting and what not but in the end, I am waiting on Comcast to send me another cable box.

I bought this router to avoid having to pay monthly for renting a modem. Normally I would buy a Netgear modem, but I didn't really Xfinity did have a comparable modem. The first month it worked okay but had some connection issues, then on New Year's Day it failed completely and wouldn't turn on. I looked to see if I could use another modem and found out the NETGEAR - N600 Dual-Band Wireless-N Router with Built-in Cable Modem is comparable with Xfinity so I replaced this modem with the better modem.

The modem and switch itself seems OK but the wireless is terrible. It's only good for about 30'. The signal drops out after about 30' through walls even to the point of getting disconnected altogether. If you have a larger home, be prepared to add a better WAP. It's not bad for an all-in-one unit for smaller spaces.

I bought this product to avoid the monthly fee charged by Xfinity for my internet service. It has worked great and was easy to set up.

Old wireless router was slow and required constant re-setting and I'd lose connections frequently. This one works great, no issues with speed or connectivity.

Perfect for one bedroom apartment. The setup was simple and easy.

I have used it for 2 months in my 1 bedroom apartment, and the signal is pretty strong for every spot in my place.

Not the most expensive but it performs excellently. It's also certified to use with Comcast

I have had no problems with this modem. Plugged it in and it worked with no hassles.

Subs for modem fully to avoid rental fee and get to get same service.

Not a super fast 2-in-1 but this will work for basic home internet. Both modem and router so there are less cords. Does not work if you switch to a dsl internet providor

The Wireless router component is absolutely terrible. The wireless speed has reduced to a crawl. Even if the Modem component is operating at full speed, the router just doesn't transmit. Have reset the wireless router so many times , it works for a few days and then slows down miserably. Absolutely stay away from this Product

i got zoom modem from best buy and it didnt work with my comcast cable xfinity ...i called zoom custumer service and guy was very rude and he blamed comcast and said its comcast mistake they dont activated properly...he was wrong ..i returned it and get netgear same price and it worked perfectly..in 5 minutes..even i didnt call comcast it did online...stay away from zoom if you have comcast NOT working...

I purchased this so I would not pay a monthly rental fee. Initially, it worked pretty well. Now, after 3 months, it requires being restarted daily in order to work. Today, I have had to restart twice, and it is only 12:30 pm. I would recommend a different modem.

This modem works well with Xfinity/Comcast internet. Sometimes there is interruption, but otherwise worth the price.

It works as good as Comcast's own modem that saves me $11 monthly on rental Comcast..do the math: $11x 12 months is $132 every year! Crazy. Owning this one by paying just $90 only once. This one is good as Comcast and I have no problem with it. Satisfied
