I purchased this because Comcast said I needed a modem upgrade. I told them that I didn't because I didn't do streaming video etc. I did NOT notice any difference compared to my old modem. I think Comcast should pay for this upgrade! The modem/router works great and easy to install and Comcast has stopped their phone calls and e-mails!

i've the modem for two months + and its a fine machine. it works well with cable and the four wireless devices i have. was very easy to install. i had no problems to this point.

The setup process was easy and this model doesn't take up as much space as some (though certainly not small, or on the small size of similar models). Unfortunately, I have to do a hard reset / power down at least twice/week, sometimes as many as 4 or 5 times, as our devices lose connectivity - various mobile and laptops devices, PC, Mac, and Apple and Android mobile devices.

This modem does everything that Cox was offering for $20 a month rental fee.. it pays for itself in about 6 or 7 months. plus it comes with a two year warranty. no problems so far and very fast internet speeds and wifi speeds and range are really good too.

System was easy to setup and use with the provided 'quick setup guide'. Lacks some of the features of more expensive units, but still works fine. Eventually went with a separate modem & wifi setup.

Got this last month when we changed internet providers ,and so far it is keeping us connected to our wifi and working great. No problems.

No problems. Easy to setup. The loss of speed between using the ethernet and wireless is higher than expected but probably typical.

Totally plug and play. Is working well with our Time Warner Cable 30/5 high speed connection. And, you don't pay rent for a modem.

This is a older router but it works great and faster speed for wifi and streaming.

Love this item. We did not want to pay rental fees for Internet equipment. We also did not want more equipment than absolutely necessary. This item took care of both. It works better than any items like this that I have used in the past.

I found myself needing a new Router/Modem and had gone to Best Buy to pick up another brand when the sales rep suggested this Zoom. I'm happy with my purchase and it was $30.00 less!

This is the second of this router if bought but that's only bc my first for flooded. It works pretty well, fairly easy set up. You can either do it directly or call your internet provider to guide you. Signal strength is good, probably best for an apartment or small house.

Needs reset often for a higher speed connection. It is fast when running correct tho!
