    For the money this thing is hard to beat. Has amazing sound and is super clear. It is big and heavy but totally worth it for what you get for the money. Would recommend.

    Won't power up -- twice

    The product was purchased at the beginning of the year and has already been in for warranty repair and has to go back again. They charged me $30 to ship me their packaging because we threw ours out. And then it cost $80 to ship it UPS to get it repaired because it wasn't powering up. It barely worked a month after they returned it before the same problem occurred and the unit again won't power up. The unit was plugged in to the same surge protector as the TV, which works fine. There was no explanation of the first problem by Zvox and so the fact it recurred again in less than a month means this is a piece of junk, I guess.

    Loud hissing noise, called Zvox they had me disconnect it from the tv, still hisses! They told me it was defective to bring it back to the store. Real convenient, right? Don't know if I will be buying another from Best Buy, customer service is awful. New oled tv from Amazon works great!
