Amazing sound bar.

Won't power up -- twice
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product was purchased at the beginning of the year and has already been in for warranty repair and has to go back again. They charged me $30 to ship me their packaging because we threw ours out. And then it cost $80 to ship it UPS to get it repaired because it wasn't powering up. It barely worked a month after they returned it before the same problem occurred and the unit again won't power up. The unit was plugged in to the same surge protector as the TV, which works fine. There was no explanation of the first problem by Zvox and so the fact it recurred again in less than a month means this is a piece of junk, I guess.

They told me it was defective to bring it back to the store. Real convenient, right? Don't know if I will be buying another from Best Buy, customer service is awful. New oled tv from Amazon works great!
