Adding to the realism, the field wears down as the game goes on, and it gets muddier, as do the players' uniforms. Rugby 2002 contains a realistic control system that is simple to use. You are given complete control over the game, including the ability to perform a dummy pass, tackle, touch down, grubber kick, punt-kick and up-and-under kick. Nothing matches the spectacle of international rugby.
