Q: QuestionWill this model accomodate a king sized comforter?I have a king sized comforter and would like to wash it at home rather than having to take it to the cleaners, or worse yet, visit a laundromat! Is this model large enough to accomodate a king sized comforter?

Q: QuestionWasher DoorI just got washer WF457ARGSGR/AA delivered today. Door opens from r to l. Can I order same washer that has door opening the other direction, from L to R?

- A:Answer Like most front load washers, the door on the WF457ARGSGR/AA opens from right to left and cannot be reversed or ordered to open from left to right because of the location of the door lock. The dryer doors, however, are reversible. Thank you, Ms. Samsung

Q: QuestionCan you turn off the smart control app?I really don't find a need to turn off my washer remotely, and I don't want the extra wifi radiation exposure. Can you turn this feature off?

- A:Answer Thanks for the question. The WF457ARGSGR can be used without activating the Smart Control feature by simply choosing not to connect it to WiFi or download the app to your Smart Phone. It can be controlled manually by turning the dial and pressing the buttons on the control panel. Detailed instructions for using the controls can be found in the User Manual. - Ms. Samsung

Q: QuestionWhat is the clearance required from wall behind the washer?

- A:Answer I was very concerned about this issue, since I wanted this washer, but it was 4 inches deeper than my previous washer. I used angled hoses to connect to the washer, and since the water connectors are in a recessed part of the back panel, I can push the washer to within 1" of the wall - just enough for the hoses to not touch the wall / washer.
