Q: Questionis the phone new or used

- A:Answer I just received it yesterday...This is definitely not a "Brand New", but looks like it was used for couple days and then someone returned it back to the store. The only way I could tell that it was used was by small scuffs near camera housing, and rest looks "New". It came in a white Samsung box with all accessories, and manual. The one I received has "At&T logo and software"...worked like new.

- A:Answer It likely will work great in Kazakhstan unless the carrier there uses the same technology as T-Mobile here in the United States. Here it doesn't send or receive calls 50% of the time. This is an unlocked phone that was originally configured for AT&T. Just don't use it on T-Mobile and you'll be fine.
