Q: Does the certified refurbished watch have full battery life, or the battery life of a used watch?
A: Out of the box, I couldn't even tell that the watch was refurbished and yes, it has given me full battery life as a brand new watch.
Q: Can we customize the screen for a personal picture?
A: Yes you can put a custom picture on the watch face by going in the galaxy wearable app and choosing my photo+ as the watchface from there you customize it by choosing the photo you want
Q: Can I access apps on this watch?
A: Only some apps are compatible with the watch, not all of them. Mostly utilities like alarms, reminders, weather, contacts, but as of now, the watch is limited on apps it can display. It’s great to use as a FitBit type watch. It can monitor your health stats like heart rate, stress level or even sleep patterns, but you can’t use it for watching YouTube or checking Facebook.

A: I have a Samsung S21+ and it works great with my watch. You will need 2 apps loaded for it to work - Galaxy Wearable and Samsung Health...

Beautiful Watch!
I didn’t like the look of the Apple watches, so I found this Samsung Galaxy watch and it still pairs with iOS phones! Perfect! Tons of cool rose gold watch faces. Charges pretty fast. I use it mainly so I don’t have to drag my phone around the house. You can’t text with it (that I’ve found), but you CAN make phone calls. I also use it to count steps, set reminders and alarms, and I get all of the notifications from my iPhone. Just and FYI, the face protectors they “add-on” to buy with this watch, don’t fit. You have to get 42mm watch face protectors. But great watch! I love it!

Lightening fast connection with phone
Exceptional looks, feel, and control. Battery life holds up amidst my productive life. As a CNA, the waterproof feature is a must and does hold up. Pleasantly surprised with the value that Best Buy offered between both price and convenience. Online shipping was earlier than expected and it was packaged neatly and safely.
